- Two recent provider references and link to their advertising
- Your Linkedin/company website and a blank email from your work email (I have a discreet, unlisted email you can request for this)
- Gov’t issued ID (showing full name, DOB, and photo only)

I host from upscale hotels only, so incall dates incur a hosting fee of $100 when I’m not on tour. Incall is provided on tour. For a suite package please enquire (+$600~).
